The Antarmanh Foundation partnered with the children of Pracheysta School to observe this significant day, emphasizing the importance of physical fitness among young learners. The initiative involved engaging the children in yoga sessions tailored to their age group, focusing on simple yet effective yoga poses and breathing exercises.
