Seema Rekha
Seema Rekha, a humanitarian and leader with over a decade of experience in emotional well-being, founded Antarmanh in 2013. Her prestigious education includes IIM Lucknow and the Institute of Counseling (Glasgow, UK). Known for her reliability, she works as a business coach, management consultant, social entrepreneur, and emotional behavior coach. Following her work on gender disparity post-2012 Nirbhaya incident, she has led wellness projects in slums, CSR initiatives, and COVID-19 mental distress response systems, enhancing well-being and organizational development.
Sia Singh
Antarmanh Foundation, dedicated to empowering future leaders, is driven by trustee Sia Singh, a philanthropist, psychologist, and corporate leader with a defense background. Sia mentors young volunteers and designs initiatives for mental health advocacy nationwide. Her grassroots efforts promote self-reliance and community empowerment, making a significant societal impact. Through responsible investment and practical initiatives, Antarmanh prioritizes providing essential resources to uplift communities and foster transformation in mindsets. Sia’s leadership and dedication play a pivotal role in the foundation’s mission to support individuals and drive positive change.
Rajiv Gaur
India’s ancient wisdom endows us with life skills that foster resilience, adaptability, and a futuristic outlook. Dr. Rajiv Gaur, an Internal Medicine expert with 27 years of experience, has held key roles at Umkal and Paras Hospitals in Gurugram and DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance. Currently, a Visiting Senior Consultant and private practitioner, he specializes in non-invasive cardiac tests and empathetic care. Through Antarmanh Foundation, Dr. Gaur passionately supports underprivileged communities, promoting inclusion and holistic well-being to build happier, healthier communities.
